I’m so glad you’re here and I celebrate you for this brave first step in getting the help you need.

Being a person is hard. Living a life you actually enjoy is even harder. When your soul feels like it is perpetually bleeding, when it seems like the cycle of suffering has no end and life feels meaningless—it can feel impossible. Emotional wounds from our past have a way of wreaking havoc on our lives and bodies in the present.

I've been there and I know how scary and difficult it can be.

I am a holistic trauma therapist who works through the lens of attachment, existential psychology, intergenerational trauma, and liberation psychology. I incorporate an embodied, contextual, anti-exploitation, and human rights approach to my work. Often society and maybe even our families make us feel as if something is wrong with us, however, if a plant is dying, would you blame the plant or would you get curious about its needs and environment? My hope would be to partner with you to help you get relief from the ways you feel victim to your life and to help you find better ways to love yourself, design your life to support you, to honor your limits and take care of your good body, to inhabit your authentic creative self, and to feel nourishing connection with others. In our work together we will begin to heal your imagination for what hope and flourishing looks like in your life.

  • In the consultation, I want to hear what has brought you to seek help and what your hoped for outcome is and answer any questions you may have. We can talk about setting some goals and see if we are a good fit for each other.
